On May 23 a number of the council brothers had another clean up day at St. Joe’s Cemetery. Slow but sure progress was made clearing brush and removing trees that were encroaching on grave sites. This is a continuing project of our council and another cleanup event will be scheduled soon.
It was a great workday to prep for the holiday weekend. Thanks to all the brothers that were able to make it. The scouts and VFW volunteers were also there in the morning, placing flags on veteran’s graves. Our gratitude for those that served our country and laid down their lives.
